Privacy.

the short version

We measure how people find and use this website. We don't record your name or email address when you browse. If you email us or use one of our forms, we use your details only for what you asked for.

What we measure.

INCITE uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and use this website. It records pages visited, how you arrived (for example, a search engine or an AI tool), approximate location, device type and clicks on key links. It does not record your name or email address. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without cookies.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

When you contact us.

If you email us, we use your details only to reply and to discuss the work you asked about.

Questions, or requests to see or correct your information: team@incite.digital.

When you use a form.

Our Snapshot and contact forms send what you enter (your website, email address, name and message where asked, whether you entered the monthly draw, the page you used and any campaign tags in the page address, such as utm_source) to Formspree, a form service based in the United States. Formspree passes it to us by email and processes it under its own privacy policy.

We use your email to send the Snapshot or reply to your message, and nothing else unless you ask. If you enter the monthly draw, we also use it to contact you if you win. See the monthly draw terms.

If you book a call, Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
