Kieren Hyland founded INCITE and leads every client strategy, drawing on more than 12 years in digital marketing.
Before INCITE, Kieren spent 5 years at a leading independent New Zealand digital agency, running its Technical Marketing team across SEO, analytics, reporting and Google Ads. Kieren’s work spans SaaS, blockchain, B2B and B2C businesses, startups and infrastructure.
Kieren is a problem solver who likes to dig into the detail, then connect the dots between search data, customer questions and what the business needs next. Kieren also writes The Visibility Engine, a Substack about how search engines and answer engines decide what gets found.
